About the role

The District IFB Business Supervisor will lead the IFB (International Financial Business) operations within the Dire Dawa and Adama districts, ensuring compliance with bank policies and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily IFB business activities across the assigned district offices.
Coordinate with senior management to implement banking products and services.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the regional office.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk standards.

Required profile

Minimum MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields.
At least 5–7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Senior IFB Business Officer or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations.
