E-Commerce Operations Assistant – Shopify (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimise Shopify stores. You will ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is balanced, and the storefront presents a polished, conversion‑focused experience—all from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy and conversion.
• Audit the website regularly to spot errors, inconsistencies or outdated content.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock gaps or overselling.
• Respond to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement.
• Update website visuals such as banners, landing pages and product images.
• Coordinate with vendors on inventory, purchase orders and order tracking.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or Shopify management.
• Comfortable navigating Shopify and related tools independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised across multiple tasks.
• Clear written communication, especially for customer‑facing content.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
