Enterprise Advisor (NOA) – Addis Ababa

About the role

The International Labour Organization is seeking an Enterprise Advisor (NOA) to support its technical cooperation project in Addis Ababa. This short‑term appointment is made by direct selection of the Director‑General and is intended to strengthen enterprise development activities in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to enterprises operating in Addis Ababa, focusing on compliance with ILO standards and best practices.
• Assist in the design and implementation of enterprise‑level interventions under the technical cooperation project.
• Collect, analyse, and report data on enterprise performance and impact.
• Collaborate with ILO staff, national partners, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery of services.

Required profile

• Open to internal ILO candidates and external applicants meeting national recruitment criteria.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with encouragement for female candidates and persons with disabilities.
• Ability to work under the conditions of a short‑term technical cooperation contract.
