About the role
The bank is seeking two qualified professionals to join its Head Office as HC Administration Officer II. This position supports the Human Resources function by handling core administrative tasks within a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties for the Human Resources department at the bank's Head Office.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a comparable Officer I role.
- All experience must be within the banking sector and directly related to the position.
- Payroll preparation experience is considered advantageous.
