The organization offers several openings across legal, human resources, information security, and IT support functions to support its mission of delivering affordable digital loans to low‑ and medium‑income individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Junior Legal Officer: Apply Ethiopian law knowledge, support court procedures, and draft legal documents.
• HR Officer: Assist recruitment processes, manage performance‑management systems, ensure HR policy compliance, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Senior HR Officer: Lead HR and recruitment functions, design talent‑acquisition strategies, drive employee‑engagement initiatives, oversee performance management, and provide workforce‑planning insights.
• Senior Information Security Officer: Implement information‑security policies, conduct risk assessments, monitor network/endpoint/application/data security, respond to incidents, and perform vulnerability testing.
• Senior IT Support & Service Desk Officer: Deliver technical support, manage service‑desk operations, perform system administration, and resolve user issues.

Required profile

• Junior Legal Officer – LLB degree, 1‑2 years relevant experience, strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and court procedures.
• HR Officer – Experience supporting HR and recruitment activities in an office environment.
• Senior HR Officer – Proven senior‑level experience leading HR functions and recruitment.
• Senior Information Security Officer – Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field, 3‑5 years in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit or network security.
• Senior IT Support & Service Desk Officer – Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field, 3‑5 years in IT support, service‑desk or system administration.
