Motor Coach Connection Manager

About the role

The Manager, Motor Coach Connection will support the operational and sales activities of Anthony Travel’s Collegiate Team Bussing program. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless bus transportation for collegiate sports teams, delivering high‑quality service and fostering strong vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate bus rates and amenities with vendors.
• Process contracts for collegiate clients and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain and update season and trip planners, tracking bookings and commissions.
• Invoice bus commissions and provide weekly productivity summaries to management.
• Develop and grow relationships with bus providers and promote the Anthony Travel Preferred Bussing Program.
• Perform any additional duties as requested.

Required profile

• Passion for sports and event management with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated negotiation and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of the SABRE reservation system (preferred).
