Product Specialist – Life Sciences Sales

About the role

Esco is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to support the sales of its laboratory equipment, bioprocessing tools, and IVF medical devices. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our product portfolio, helping to expand market presence across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective customers.
• Present product features, applications, and benefits to clients.
• Provide product training, technical information, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Implement sales and market‑growth strategies aligned with the company’s business plan.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, opportunities, and pipelines in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities such as exhibitions, webinars, email campaigns, seminars, and training sessions.
• Review, translate, and localize marketing materials when required.
• Conduct regular in‑person and online product seminars and presentations.
• Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous sales, laboratory, or technical product experience is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
