Quality Control Specialist – Remote (Ethiopia)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure high‑quality customer support for its ride‑hailing service. This remote position is open to candidates based in Ethiopia and focuses on reviewing agent interactions, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review support agent responses and evaluate their quality.
• Provide detailed feedback on reviewed cases, explaining evaluation reasoning.
• Analyze performance issues and discuss improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics.
• Prepare reports on reviewed cases and document recurring issues.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance support effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Amharic and English (B2 level or higher).
• Own a personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection for remote work.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and support a positive work environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
