Real Estate Sales Consultant – High-End Property Market

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team and serve high‑end property clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding prospects from the first contact through to final payment while delivering a premium service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door‑to‑door sales, social media and networking.
• Schedule appointments and present properties to prospects.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and close deals.
• Maintain a CRM database of leads and contacts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up until full payment is received.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate sales consultant.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Tech‑savvy and proficient with sales software such as CRM platforms.
