About the role
Premier Services is looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires strong communication abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
