Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn customer interactions into revenue for global e‑commerce brands. As a Brand Concierge you will engage shoppers who have abandoned carts, guide them through the purchase journey and recommend products that increase order value—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers with abandoned carts and provide personalized incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage the post‑purchase and consideration phases via targeted email and chat outreach.
• Act as a trusted product advisor, offering tailored recommendations to boost transaction value.
• Resolve customer inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining high trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion and conversion track record, with measurable sales recovery results.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection.
