Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Engineer who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent customer engagement skills. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, designing technical solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective solution selling.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose the right technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, system designs, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, NGOs, and other customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with discipline and strategic planning.
• Provide after‑sales technical support when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in solar water pumping, electromechanical systems, or energy solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven and customer‑focused personality.
• Willingness to visit sites, meet customers, and travel when required.
