Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the post‑purchase journey, recovering abandoned carts, and recommending products that increase order value.

Key responsibilities

• Sales Recovery: Re‑engage customers who left items in their carts and provide personalized incentives to complete purchases.
• Customer Journey Management: Use targeted email and chat outreach to move buyers through consideration and post‑purchase phases.
• Product Expertise: Offer tailored recommendations that enhance each transaction’s value.
• Efficient Problem‑Solving: Address inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion ability with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Experience using Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup and strong written communication skills.
