Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy connecting with prospects, building relationships, and generating new B2B business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow‑up communications.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline targets.
• Research target companies and decision‑makers before outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
