Sales Representative & Sales Supervisor – Real Estate

About the role

Sunsel Marketing is seeking dynamic individuals to join its sales team in Addis Ababa. The Sales Representative will engage prospective home‑buyers, showcase developer apartments, and guide clients through pricing, payment options, and the purchase process. The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team, set targets, coach members, and collaborate with management to refine sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Present available apartments to prospective buyers and explain pricing and flexible payment plans.
• Conduct property visits, follow up on leads, and maintain a pipeline of interested clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with developers.
• For supervisors: set sales targets, monitor team performance, provide coaching, and contribute to marketing strategy development.
• Ensure a professional, client‑focused experience at all times.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on converting leads into transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build trust and understand client needs.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple clients and property visits.
• Leadership qualities for the supervisory role, including coaching and performance monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of real estate pricing, payment plans, and property features.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Addis Ababa is an advantage.
