Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Metropolitan Real Estate PLC is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead innovative marketing initiatives and support ambitious sales targets for luxury residential projects in Ethiopia and among the Ethiopian diaspora worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and a six‑month action plan with clear KPIs and budget.
• Drive qualified lead generation through integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Lead targeted campaigns for diaspora communities in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and South Africa.
• Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Organise property launches, exhibitions, open‑house events and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise ROMI and collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience in real estate or a customer‑focused industry.
• Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools is desirable.
