About the role
Siket Bank is seeking motivated graduates to join its Interest Free Banking (IFB) team as Trainee Bankers. The role offers hands‑on experience in delivering IFB products and services while supporting the bank’s mission to serve underserved communities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the objectives of Interest Free Banking activities.
- Maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of IFB product delivery.
- Support daily banking operations related to IFB services.
- Assist in customer service interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or a related field.
- Passed the national exit exam with a CGPA of 3.00 or higher.
Required skills
- Demonstrated integrity.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations.
