About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Virtual Revenue Closing Expert to finalize sales transactions entirely through digital channels. You will work remotely, focusing on recovering abandoned carts and turning customer inquiries into profitable sales for high‑profile e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the close by using personalized SMS, chat, and email sequences to recover abandoned carts.
• Monetize communication by providing product recommendations and upselling during digital interactions.
• Deploy targeted, persuasive outreach that guides buyers toward immediate purchase.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to share insights and continuously improve global conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven remote sales and closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads via digital chat, SMS, or email.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM, or similar e‑commerce sales tools.
• Reliable PC/Laptop (i5+ processor) and high‑speed internet (25 Mbps+).
