Aerobics Trainer – Addis Ababa

About the role

The Aerobics Trainer will design, lead and supervise aerobic fitness classes for employees in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on creating safe, motivating workout routines that help participants achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct individual or group aerobic sessions.
• Develop customized workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels.
• Monitor participants’ safety, provide guidance on proper exercise form, and respond to emergencies.
• Motivate and coach participants to reach personal fitness objectives.
• Maintain equipment, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and keep accurate class records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science or a related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience delivering aerobic training.
• Professional certifications in fitness or related areas are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills.

Required skills

• CPR certification and ability to administer emergency first aid.
• Exercise programming and ability to modify workouts for diverse needs.
• Operation and maintenance of fitness equipment.
