On Location is seeking an Athletics Travel Manager to lead the NCAA Ground Transportation program. The role focuses on sourcing, contracting, and overseeing motorcoach services for high‑profile collegiate athletic events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify motorcoach vendors to meet event transportation needs.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms with transportation providers.
• Coordinate logistics for NCAA events, ensuring timely and reliable ground transport.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any service issues during events.
• Maintain detailed records of contracts, schedules, and cost allocations.
