About the role

The Athletics Travel Manager will lead the NCAA Ground Transportation program for On Location, overseeing motorcoach logistics for high‑profile sporting events. This role blends a passion for sports with expertise in transportation and event management, ensuring seamless travel experiences for athletes, staff, and fans.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and contract motorcoach providers for NCAA events.
• Manage the end‑to‑end execution of ground transportation plans, including scheduling, routing, and on‑site coordination.
• Collaborate with internal event teams to anticipate travel needs and align transportation services with event timelines.
• Maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Track budgets, prepare cost analyses, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
