About the role
The Banking Business Officer I will promote ZamZam Bank's products and services, handle customer requests, and ensure high‑quality service in line with regulatory and internal standards. The role supports the bank's strategic goals of growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer queries and complaints promptly, delivering high‑quality service at all touch points.
- Identify and recruit prospective customers through various channels and provide professional advice on suitable products.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions, account openings, digital banking requests, and cross‑selling activities while maintaining accurate reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, bank policies, and operational risk controls.
- Support the branch in achieving sales targets and manage vault cash when delegated.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of branch banking experience, including at least 1 year as a junior officer.
