About the role
We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused Call Center Support Representative to join our team in Addis Ababa. You will manage inbound and outbound interactions through phone, email or chat, providing accurate information and ensuring a high‑quality service experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails and chats from customers in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company procedures, scripts and compliance guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office tools.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
