Disability Inclusion Knowledge Management Consultant (Remote, 3 months)

About the role

UNICEF Ethiopia seeks an international consultant to lead the consolidation and organization of disability inclusion knowledge assets into a user‑friendly SharePoint library. This short‑term, remote assignment will support continuity as the organization transitions to a new specialist role.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and upload existing disability inclusion guidance, training materials, and strategic resources to an internal SharePoint‑based library.
• Develop an assistive technology roadmap for livelihood interventions under the Mastercard Foundation project.
• Create an onboarding package for future specialist‑level and senior recruits.
• Collaborate with the Social Policy Chief, LNOB team, programme sections, field offices, and operations as needed.
• Ensure documentation is accessible, searchable, and aligned with UNICEF’s knowledge‑management standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in knowledge management, preferably within disability inclusion or social‑policy contexts.
• Familiarity with UNICEF or similar international development environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a focus on producing clear, practical outputs.
• Ability to work independently and remotely for the three‑month contract period.
