E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our Shopify store and marketplace product listings fresh, engaging and optimized. You will combine strong writing abilities with data‑driven analysis to boost visibility and drive traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces, ensuring accurate information and compelling copy.
• Create and refine email content and product descriptions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Use Excel to analyse performance data, track key metrics and manage product information.
• Support SEO initiatives and broader digital‑marketing campaigns to increase organic traffic.
• Oversee a wide range of product lines and brands, guaranteeing consistency across all listings.
• Review sales performance data to identify top‑selling items and reorganise listings for optimal exposure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience managing e‑commerce product listings on Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and organization.
• Excellent written communication for crafting product descriptions and email copy.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital‑marketing tactics.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal computer with at least an i5 processor.
