Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help brands grow their online presence. You will design and execute social strategies, produce engaging content, and turn followers into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
