About the role

TalentPop App is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to design and execute influencer‑driven campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing plans aligned with overall brand objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Identify, vet, and engage influencers whose audiences match our target market.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
• Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in partnership with influencers and internal teams.
• Provide creative direction and ensure influencer content reflects brand identity and campaign messaging.
• Analyze performance data using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing and broader marketing campaigns.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative, passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
