Healthcare Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join Koji Healthcare Solutions PLC in Addis Ababa. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategy and improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
