About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources & Administration Supervisor who will serve as a strategic HR partner and oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate company policies and regulatory requirements to all staff.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, performance evaluations, and tenure documentation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws in coordination with legal counsel.
- Produce regular HR reports on headcount, hiring metrics, attrition, diversity, leaves, training, and compensation.
- Oversee administrative processes to improve efficiency and workflow across the organization.
- Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully.
Required skills
- Recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Performance appraisal and employee relations.
- Disciplinary procedures and HR recordkeeping.
- Interpretation of employment law and regulatory compliance.
- HR reporting and analytics.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other digital HR tools.
