About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources & Administration Supervisor who will serve as a strategic HR partner and oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate company policies and regulatory requirements to all staff.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, performance evaluations, and tenure documentation.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws in coordination with legal counsel.
  • Produce regular HR reports on headcount, hiring metrics, attrition, diversity, leaves, training, and compensation.
  • Oversee administrative processes to improve efficiency and workflow across the organization.
  • Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully.

Required skills

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Performance appraisal and employee relations.
  • Disciplinary procedures and HR recordkeeping.
  • Interpretation of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • HR reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other digital HR tools.
