Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our TikTok campaigns. You will work remotely, collaborating with creators and internal teams to drive brand‑aligned content and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose relevant content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations for each partnership.
• Measure and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok culture and creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
