Logistics & Operations Senior Coordinator

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Logistics & Operations Senior Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end logistics and business operations for its Ethiopia program. You will own the input delivery process and warehouse management, turning strategic plans into concrete field actions while ensuring high‑quality, timely support for smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of input delivery, coordinating with transport providers and field teams to keep deliveries on schedule and minimize losses.
• Conduct post‑delivery checks, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy tracking to ensure accurate delivery to farmers.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple sites, maintaining safe, organized, and accurate inventories.
• Lead regular stock counts, investigate variances, and implement root‑cause solutions.
• Support the setup and readiness of new storage locations as the program expands.
• Maintain and improve operational tools and trackers to provide reliable information for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably in an agricultural or development context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve operational challenges in real time.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability for delivery accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with transport providers, field teams, and internal partners.
