About the role
The Safety, Quality & Environment Technician (SHEQ) will support the implementation and monitoring of the integrated management system, with a strong focus on safety. The role ensures compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements and drives training and reporting across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the implementation of safety‑related requirements within the integrated management system.
- Guarantee compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Organise training, raise awareness and control documentation for workers and subcontractors.
- Produce SHEQ reports at contractual, project and market levels.
Required profile
- Occupational hygiene and safety technician trainer certificate (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of safety management experience in mining projects.
- International driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
