Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Tsehay Bank is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead its human‑resources initiatives across remote, field‑based and multi‑site teams. This permanent position will be based in the Southwest and Bahir Dar districts and will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support HR activities for remote, field‑based and multi‑site teams.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive performance and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance across all locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• HR certification such as SHRM‑CP, PHR, or CIPD is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Officer role managing remote or multi‑site teams.
