About the role
The Software Development Expert will design, develop, test, implement and maintain in‑house software applications that support the bank’s business operations. The role also involves analysing user requirements and providing technical support while ensuring compliance with security and development standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality software solutions using appropriate programming languages and best practices.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications and use cases.
- Apply DevSecOps principles for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing technical support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant software development experience.
- Banking business knowledge is an advantage.
Required skills
- Programming languages (design, implementation and maintenance of applications).
- Documentation and specification development.
- DevSecOps knowledge (automated testing, CI/CD).
