TikTok Video Operator

About the role

We are looking for a creative TikTok Video Operator to join our marketing team in Addis Ababa. You will be responsible for producing short‑form videos that showcase our construction materials, projects, and brand story, helping us engage customers on the TikTok platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, highlighting products, promotions, and customer stories.
• Capture footage on‑site at warehouses, offices, and project locations.
• Develop content ideas, posting schedules, and simple content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Optimize videos for TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags, and best practices.
• Monitor video performance, audience feedback, and adjust future content accordingly.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content complies with safety and ethical standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; additional training in media, communications, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and visual composition skills.
• Clear communication in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site, move between filming locations, and collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams.
