About the role
Global Insurance SC is seeking an experienced professional to lead its main branch in Addis Ababa. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the main branch.
- Lead, motivate and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the branch in interactions with customers, partners and the head office.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
Required skills
- Good communication skill.
- Leadership skill.
