About the role
The Branch Sales and Relationship Officer supports front‑line branch operations, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate financial processing while promoting sales across traditional and digital banking channels.
Key responsibilities
- Open new accounts and manage digital customer onboarding.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions accurately.
- Issue, verify and manage financial instruments.
- Execute local and international money transfers.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to drive service excellence.
- Support resource mobilization and sales of branch‑level banking products.
- Utilize alternative digital channels to promote banking services.
Required profile
- First degree (B.A.) in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in branch banking operations or sales.
