Business Associate - Gambella

About the role

Inkomoko Ethiopia is looking for a Business Associate to work in Gambella, supporting entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. The role combines business consulting, client relationship management and coordination of camp activities to help clients achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake of program entrepreneurs and perform monthly site visits to assess business needs.
• Prepare cash‑flow statements and profitability analyses to inform strategic advice.
• Provide realistic, sustainability‑focused guidance and connect clients to Inkomoko training, finance and market services.
• Maintain accurate client data and ensure high‑quality data management practices.
• Lead the enrolment process for new entrepreneurs and act as the financial‑literacy advisor.
• Coordinate camp‑related activities and foster relationships with partner organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business consulting or advisory services, preferably with SMEs or micro‑entrepreneurs.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and partner coordination.
