Business Associate – Market Linkages

About the role

Inkomoko is looking for a Business Associate to lead its Market Linkages services for over 40,000 MSME clients. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with buyers across NGOs, public institutions and private companies, and connecting them with local entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with existing and new buyers, facilitating sales opportunities for MSME clients (≈30%).
• Support a pilot tender distribution service, providing training on bid preparation and application (≈15%).
• Assist in integrating micro‑ and small‑scale producers into formal value chains, working with government bodies to obtain product certifications (≈15%).
• Conduct market research and engage potential buyers in local and regional markets (≈20%).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth matchmaking and follow‑up with both buyers and entrepreneurs.

Required profile
