Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across technology, fintech, digital services and marketing sectors. The role will support senior leadership in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and delivering winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors, generating qualified leads.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and manage the sales pipeline with accurate CRM records.
• Monitor tender portals, coordinate tender documentation and ensure compliant bid submissions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, financial institutions and government agencies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance and delivery teams to tailor client solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs and forecast revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management or partnerships.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing tenders, RFPs, RFQs and proposal development.
• Background in technology, fintech, digital transformation, software, marketing or creative industries.
• Experience working with government, enterprise or corporate clients is advantageous.
