About the role

Join an early‑stage HealthTech startup that is revolutionising medical claims auditing with an AI‑powered SaaS platform. As a Business Development Representative you will help build the sales playbook from scratch, engage senior finance leaders, and drive pipeline growth for a mission‑critical solution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo targeting CFOs, Controllers, and VP Finance leaders.
• Craft highly personalized connection requests and follow‑up sequences.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in HubSpot.
• Book, confirm, and lead initial screener conversations to qualify inbound leads.
• Support a parallel outreach track focused on building relationships with insurance brokers.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for qualified conversations, show rates, and lead advancement to the demo stage.
• Partner with leadership to iterate messaging and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Intellectually curious self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity.
• Motivated to progress to an Account Executive or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills for engaging senior financial executives.
