About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Remote Revenue Closing Expert to finalize sales transactions for high‑profile e‑commerce clients. The role is fully autonomous, commission‑driven, and focused on converting abandoned carts and inbound inquiries into completed purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Recover abandoned carts using personalized SMS, chat, and email sequences.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales through product recommendations and upselling.
• Deploy targeted communication that guides buyers toward immediate purchase.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to share insights and improve global conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven remote sales and closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade leads via digital chat, SMS, or email.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM, or similar e‑commerce sales tools.
• Reliable PC/Laptop (i5+ processor) and high‑speed internet (25 Mbps+).
