About the role
The Digital Banking & Interfacing Officer will ensure the functional and technical integrity of Siket Bank’s digital banking platform, mobile wallet, and agency banking solutions. The role involves proactive installation, configuration, upgrades, and providing effective work‑arounds to maintain seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the functional and technical health of digital banking applications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade platform components and mobile wallet solutions.
- Develop and apply work‑arounds for issues to minimise service disruption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital solutions with banking operations.
- Support agency banking channels to ensure consistent performance.
Required profile
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Mandatory experience in the banking industry.
