Senior Project Manager – SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to join an early‑stage music SaaS startup. You will act as the operational backbone, turning strategic goals into structured workflows and ensuring smooth delivery across a remote engineering and product team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise project‑management frameworks using tools such as Jira, Linear or Notion to create a single source of truth.
• Drive team‑wide accountability, monitor deliverables, and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles, anticipating technical or resource risks before they impact timelines.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, monitor Slack channels and coordinate meetings to prevent miscommunication.
• Track and report progress on major initiatives, providing leadership with clear visibility into project health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in early‑stage tech environments, comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and advanced knowledge of project‑management software.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and hold team members accountable without micromanaging.
• Highly action‑oriented, able to identify bottlenecks and adapt workflows independently.
• Available to work remotely with core overlap during GMT 10:00–14:00 and excellent English communication skills.
