Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help boost online visibility, engage customers, and drive traffic to the Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email newsletters and marketing copy to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
