About the role

InfoFeed is seeking an English‑language News Presenter/Anchor to deliver accurate, engaging international news to a global audience. Based in our Addis Ababa office, you will be the on‑air voice that brings complex stories to life for online viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Present news stories in clear, confident English on live and recorded broadcasts.
• Research, fact‑check, and verify information before airing.
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure timely delivery of stories.
• Utilise social media platforms to amplify news content and engage audiences.
• Maintain high journalistic standards and adhere to editorial guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reporting and broadcast journalism.
• Demonstrated ability to present news in English with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication and on‑air presence.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
