About the role

The Young Leaders Fellowship offers high‑performing individuals a fast‑track development path within a global consulting environment. Based in Addis Ababa, you will join small project teams, receive intensive mentorship, and contribute to real client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in teams of 3‑5 consultants to gather and analyse client data.
• Formulate, test and refine hypotheses to address business challenges.
• Develop clear recommendations and present findings to client senior management.
• Support implementation of recommendations alongside client teams.
• Participate in structured training, coaching and mentorship programs.
