About the role

East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its finance team. Reporting to the Country Lead, Financial Control, the role supports the company’s commitment to accurate financial reporting, strong governance and effective financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Oversee asset and capital processes, including tracking, valuation and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Develop, maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business performance and continuous improvement.
