IT Operations Coordinator

About the role

The IT Operations Coordinator will act as the trusted operational partner to leadership in a fast‑growing private aviation company. Working remotely, the role supports U.S.‑based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours. The coordinator blends technology support, executive administration, and cross‑functional project coordination to help the business scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for employee technology requests and coordinate with the outsourced IT provider to resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, permissions, equipment coordination, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Provide executive administrative support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and follow‑up on action items.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects using Asana or similar tools, monitor timelines, and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, track contracts, renewals, subscriptions, and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, executive support, IT administration, or office management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with third‑party vendors or outsourced IT providers and manage multiple priorities.
